What is the Computer Help Blog?
This is my contribution to all home computer users with little or no computer knowledge or skills.

So who am I?
I’m a degreed and certified technical support professional with over 8 years experience supporting computers. I’m a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with a AAS in Microsoft Networking Technology. I have experience with Windows 2000, Windows XP and Vista operating systems along with Microsoft Office. I also have experience setting up home wireless networks and building and repairing computers. If you have a computer problem or question, I can help you.
